Maintain the facility through preventative and corrective general maintenance. Clean fryers, grease drains Deep clean behind kitchen equipment. Deep clean floor drains. Dismantle equipment and deep clean. General Cleaning & Upkeep: Sweeping, mopping, waxing floors; cleaning restrooms/kitchens; maintaining grounds (landscaping, trash removal). Minor Repairs: Replacing light fixtures, bulbs, ceiling tiles; fixing leaky faucets, clogged drains, door hardware; patching drywall/walls. Equipment & Tool Care: Cleaning, maintaining, and safely operating hand/power tools and assigned vehicles. Documentation: Completing work orders, logging time and materials, reporting significant issues to supervisors. Safety Compliance: Following all company safety rules, securing work areas, and identifying hazards Notify management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment. Other duties as assigned by management.
