About The Position

Prepare products for station Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment Maintain equipment and facility Maintain accuracy of all food procedures and product temperatures Ensure all recipes specs are followed

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (Verbal and Written)
• Valid Food Handler's Certificate Required
• 2 years line cooking experience in similar environment
• Fundamental comprehension of operating professional kitchen equipment
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing) to execute recipes
• Knowledge of and skill in using English measurements in volume and weight

Nice To Haves

• High School/G.E.D
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Food Worker Card
• Minimum 1 year experience
• Physically able to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
• Not convicted of felony
