The Kitchen Lead works as part of the MSAD 54 kitchen team and site team assisting with preparation of high quality meals for children ages 0-5 and food for meetings. Within this co-staffing model with MSAD 54, the Kitchen Lead is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of Hight Family Early Learning Center Food Service. Ensuring the implementation of quality meals and nutrition education for children ages birth to five in compliance with CACFP, Department of Education and Head Start Performance Standards.
