talented, team-oriented individuals to join our Kitchen Help Team — from
preparing savory sandwiches to mastering the art of sautéing. If you thrive in a

Requirements

• Passion for great food and guest satisfaction
• Basic culinary or kitchen experience preferred (we’ll train the right candidate)
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and Cook with Care: Assemble and prepare menu items such as sandwiches, pastas, and sautéed dishes, following La Madeleine’s recipes and standards for taste, portion, and presentation.
• Maintain Quality & Consistency: Ensure all food is cooked and served to company standards — fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented.
• Deliver Great Service: Communicate effectively with teammates and support smooth, efficient kitchen and front-of-house operations.
• Follow Food Safety Standards: Handle all food according to safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature checks, storage, and labeling.
• Stay Organized: Keep workstations stocked, clean, and orderly throughout the shift.
• Support the Team: Assist with prep, restocking, and cross-functional duties as needed to keep service flowing.
