As a highly skilled and professional Team Leader, you will work in the restaurant leading shifts, supporting the crew, working stations, coordinating breaks, accounting for cash, and modeling both food and service to Chick-fil-A's legendary standards. Position Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available Flexible scheduling for day and/or night shifts Shifts Available: Opening: 5:30 AM - 3:00 PM and Closing: 2:00 PM - 11 PM Availability: Must be available to Open or Close at least 4 times a week Must have Saturday PM availability (each Team Leader rotates working Saturday nights)

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including managing staff and shift organization to meet restaurant needs.
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Lead, motivate, and support the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor team member performance and address behavioral or performance issues as necessary.
  • Ensure that all food safety and quality assurance procedures are strictly followed.
  • Manage inventory needs, tracking supplies to minimize waste and ensure availability.
  • Communicate effectively with other leaders to identify and fill staffing gaps and address operational needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
