About The Position

Kitchen Expo is to work during busy "peak periods" in conjunction with both our kitchen and service department as a link making sure food is made correctly, and getting taken to tables in a timely manner. Ensures quality product is going out at all times.

Requirements

Ability to write and read the English language.
Good communication skills, friendly, and people oriented.
Enthusiastic, dependable, courteous, able to multitask.
Possesses basic math skills.
Stands 100% of the shift.
Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and wiping.
Able to deliver food, beverages, and clear tables which may require lifting as much as 50lbs.

Responsibilities

Possesses proficient knowledge of the menu.
Coordinates checks sold from the Kitchen, garnishes food per spec, provides direct & clear communication with Kitchen.
Possesses enhanced attention to detail characteristics.
Communicates errors or remakes of dishes efficiently.
Ensures food from the Expo area is quickly taken to each table or the Bar area.
Restocks Expo area and prepares supplies for shift change and/or closing shifts.
Adheres to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures throughout shift.
Completes the opening, shift change, and closing checklists found in multi-colored wall units as well as weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
Performs other duties as needed per Coach request.
