Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas, including sinks, floors, and storage areas
• Assist kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks as needed
• Manage dishwashing schedules to ensure timely availability of clean items
• Follow proper waste disposal procedures and recycling protocols
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
