About The Position

As a Kitchen Designer / Sales Representative, you’ll guide homeowners through the design and sale of their dream kitchen. Realtors excel in this role because they already know how to build trust quickly with clients, showcase how upgrades can increase property value and marketability, and lead homeowners through big-ticket purchase decisions with confidence. This position is ideal for licensed Realtors, real estate agents, or those with experience in residential property sales, allowing you to leverage your client relationship skills, property value expertise, and home presentation savvy to close high-value kitchen remodel projects. You’ll work with motivated homeowners ready to invest in their homes, often improving resale value — meaning shorter sales cycles, warm leads, and projects you can proudly showcase.

Requirements

• Licensed Realtor or real estate agent, or experience in residential property sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Organized, tech-savvy, and CRM-capable
• Professional appearance, reliable transportation, and valid driver’s license
• Goal-oriented and driven to close high-value deals

• Experience in home staging and curb appeal renovations

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home design consultations using a proven, needs-based sales process
• Present remodeling solutions with digital design tools and physical samples
• Prepare and present detailed proposals using our CRM (training provided)
• Guide clients through the selection process with a focus on return on investment and home value enhancement
• Collaborate with the installation team for seamless project delivery
• Represent our brand at home shows, open houses, and real estate networking events
