Back of House Team: Kitchen Crew
About The Position
Our kitchen crew plays a pivotal role at the Pub, putting out inventive Midwestern cuisine on sparkling dishes for the people. If you have a great attention to detail, and enjoy being active and working as part of a fast-paced team, this is the job for you. This position is currently 30-40 hours per week, with even more shifts available as we head into the spring and summer, and the potential for advancement. All Stormcloud team members receive credits to use for shift meals, and all of-age team members may also enjoy a shift beer at the end of the work day! Stormcloud Back of House staff is included in the tip pool. Compensation range given is based on hourly rate plus tips. Hourly rate will vary based on experience, as well as hourly tips which fluctuate seasonally between $2 and $4 an hour.
