About The Position

Responsibilities include but not be limited to: · Maintain a clean, organized and adhere to health department regulations standards set by the state · Order, inventory and organize supplies for the commercial kitchen · Maintain an adequate inventory and contingency plans · Create healthy menus appropriate for students, including those with dietary issues · Met with students for feedback on meal and their input on the menus · Post menus · Follow meal schedule · Provide instructions for Direct Care, Lead Direct Care staff when Kitchen Coordinator is not prepare or serving the meals. · Serve the food · You must provide oversight of caregivers, including volunteers to: o (1) Protect children’s health, safety, and well -being and o (2) Ensure that assigned duties are performed adequately. · Be an ambassador and always reflect TC values · Recognize the signs of abuse, neglect, exploitation, and provocative behavior. Follow reporting requirements for relevant state and federal contract requirements and document adhering to timeframes. · Ensure completion of required training (maintain First Aid and CPR certification, Emergency Behavior Intervention certification, ATCOT, training) · Participate in campus events and chapels as required · Meets dress code standards; appearance is neat and clean · Maintains dependable attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule. · May need to respond to emergencies to ensure the safety and security of the youth. · Must maintain confidentiality in all program areas, including any youth information. · Maintain confidentiality of health care records and information · Maintain professional conduct and ensure appropriate, respectful interactions during any contact with youth, staff, state licensing representatives, others, or community members · Adhere to all state and federal laws, regulations, and minimum standards · Follow all company policies and procedures · Other Responsibilities assigned by Program Coordinator or TC leader

Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older to work directly with youth.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Maintain a state approved Food Handler’s License
  • Ideally credentialed as a minister or pursuing credentials in the AG or doctrinally similar fellowship
  • Be able to read, write, and communicate with co -workers, medical personnel, and other persons necessary to care for the child’s needs.
  • Must maintain any licensures/certifications during employment and obtain within required timeframes, if approved.
  • Clear criminal background check, Ministry and Pastoral reference, Clear drug/alcohol testing results, Clear Tuberculosis results, Clear Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Check.
  • She shall be a person of spiritual maturity, amiable to the Assemblies of God doctrine, and in full agreement with the ATCOT mission statement.
