GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION The Kitchen Team Member contributes to the success of Chick-fil-A Beach Blvd by adhering to and exceeding Chick-fil-A quality, order accuracy, presentation, and food safety standards while working together with a collaborative spirit in order to achieve excellent performance in all areas

Requirements

• Must have flexible availability which includes Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Good Communication skills
• Sense of urgency
• Detail-oriented
• Positive attitude
• Servant Hearted

Responsibilities

• Effectively and accurately assembles orders
• Follows standards for proper presentation of orders
• Ensures accuracy of orders
• Works with sense of urgency
• Communicates effectively with the front counter
• Maintains a culture of food safety by properly utilizing Chick-fil-A's Operational tools (ERQA,Safe Daily Critical, & SAFE visits)
• Upholds organizational standards to increase proficiency
• Follows cleaning routines in order to meet and exceed Chick-fil-A's high cleanliness standards
• Is self-driven
• Is a quick learner and retains information
• Is able to multitask
• Is not easily distracted
• Follows checklists
• Properly utilizes Chicken Timers
• Works well with others: is a team player
• Maintains an effective workstation
