Requirements

• Kitchen professional experience.
• Knowledge of the operations of the Kitchen and the recipes involved.
• Excellent customer service skills to all our customers.
• Willingness to work collaboratively and communicate with a team of co-workers and managers.
• Exhibit enthusiasm, positivity and/or knowledge about Adams products and quality.
• Ability to demonstrate and set the example for Adams culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive the best service by providing friendly, polite, and knowledgeable assistance; greet and thank them personally.
• Perform food preparation, including chopping vegetables, trimming meat, breading products, and composing salads according to recipes.
• Prepare hot sandwiches, breakfast items, and catering orders for events, holidays, and special occasions.
• Maintain Adams quality standards by ensuring all food is served at a safe temperature, properly labeled, and attractively presented.
• Rotate stock to ensure freshness, keep cases and bars full, and restock as needed based on inventory.
• Follow opening or closing procedures, including equipment setup/shutdown, product preparation, and end-of-day cleaning.
• Receive, check, and store deliveries, match inventory to invoices.
• Keep all kitchen, service, and display areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and sanitation standards.
