About The Position
As a Kitchen Cabinet Installer, you will join the Bath & Cabinet Experts team as they expand into the kitchen remodeling space. You will play a key role in transforming outdated kitchens into modern, refreshed spaces while delivering a best-in-class customer experience. Requirements
- Basic knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and other equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload and consistently lift 50+ pounds
- Detail-oriented with the ability to measure and cut materials accurately
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Must have a valid driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in carpentry, remodeling, construction, or finish work is preferred
Responsibilities
- Install cabinet refacing systems in residential kitchens, typically completed within 2-3 days
- Apply veneers, replace cabinet doors and drawer fronts, and install new hardware using precise measurements and finishing techniques
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful work environment in customers’ homes
- Adhere to installation standards while installing and performing service requests as needed
