About The Position

At Foundation Building Materials (FBM), the Kitchen Cabinet Designer drives both design excellence and sales performance in our premier Honolulu showroom. In this role, you’ll guide customers from initial consultation through final product selection, providing expert recommendations on cabinetry, appliances, and flooring. We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven professional with proven kitchen cabinet design sales experience, strong communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in 2020 Design software. Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in related field
At least two years of previous experience in Sales in building materials industry preferred

Responsibilities

Develops and delivers sales presentations for new and existing customers using 2020 Design Software
Works in our top design showroom meeting with customers, builders and architects
Professional and courteous ongoing contact with customers before, during and after a sale
Establishes and maintains relationships with key influencers of assigned contractors and/or strategic partners
Make sales calls to new and existing customers, architects, contractors, designers, and building owners
Attend and participate in required company training sessions and essential vendor training courses.
Support Our Foundation in the stated areas of Safety, Customer Focus, Teamwork, Integrity and being a Company of Choice for both employees and customers
Other duties as assigned
