Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ preferred).
• Must have flexible availability — 8-hour shifts in the morning or evening.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to thrive in a fast-moving kitchen.
• Strong attention to food safety and cleanliness.
• Prior kitchen experience a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization in the kitchen.
• Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistent quality.
• Support your team and communicate clearly during peak hours.
