About The Position
Paul Davis Restoration of Mid-Michigan is seeking a dedicated Estimator to join our team. This full-time position is based in Lansing, MI, and involves a variety of responsibilities centered around estimating and managing restoration projects. The Estimator will be responsible for conducting field inspections, selling jobs, estimating costs, and participating in account collections. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, a high attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. Reliability is crucial in this role, as the Estimator will be the primary point of contact for clients and insurance companies. While knowledge of restoration estimating and proficiency in Xactimate software are preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong willingness to learn and grow within the company. In this role, you will be tasked with estimating losses, signing contracts, and securing agreed prices with clients. You will create and submit quality estimates in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary paperwork is delivered to property owners and contracts are secured. Providing superior customer service and maintaining good relationships with both customers and insurance companies is essential to the success of this position.
