About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our team in Illinois. This role requires someone extremely organized, detail-oriented, and confident in both design and sales.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Portfolio required (must include elevations and floor plans)
- 10+ years of experience preferred (minimum 5 years acceptable)
- Proficiency in 2020 Design software (cabinet design software) is required
- Strong knowledge of floor plans, kitchen cabinet layouts, construction processes, and finish materials
Nice To Haves
- Previous design experience with Home Depot is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and sell kitchen and bath projects
- Create detailed floor plans and elevations
- Work closely with clients to develop customized design solutions
- Manage projects from concept through completion
