About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a design-focused professional who enjoys working directly with clients, managing projects from concept to completion, and creating functional, high-quality spaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath design
- Proficiency with 20/20 Design software
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer-service skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Nice To Haves
- Sales and project management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Design and quote kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and flooring projects
- Consult with clients to understand needs, budgets, and design goals
- Create layouts, renderings, and proposals using 20/20 Design
- Manage projects from initial consultation through final installation
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and trade partners
- Present design solutions and support the sales process
