Requirements
- Kitchen and bath design experience
- Proficiency with 20/20 Design software
- Strong client communication and sales skills
- Project ownership and organizational strength
- Ability to manage multiple active projects
Responsibilities
- Lead client consultations and develop project scopes and budgets
- Design and quote kitchen, bath, cabinetry, and flooring projects
- Create layouts and proposals using 20/20 Design
- Manage timelines, details, and follow-through from sale to completion
- Coordinate with contractors, installers, and vendors
- Build repeat and referral business through strong client relationships
