As a Back of House Team Member, you will support the kitchen team, assemble food quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Work well under pressure
Is a team-player
Must have a source of reliable transportation
Must have availability between 12pm-5pm or full availability
Must have at least four days of availability (including Friday and/or Saturday)

Responsibilities

Support the kitchen team
Assemble food quickly and accurately
Ensure each guest leaves with a smile
Always delivers desirable food in a timely manner that meets or exceeds Chick-fil-A quality requirements
Make sure the work area is clean and organized
Use all the holding systems to insure food quality and safety
Use all appropriate safety equipment
Completing daily and weekly cleaning list
