Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items such as chicken sandwiches, nuggets, salads, and sides according to Chick-fil-A's recipes and procedures.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
  • Monitor food temperatures and cooking times to ensure food is cooked to the appropriate specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries, rotating stock, and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations during busy periods.
  • Follow Chick-fil-A's standards for portion control, presentation, and food quality.
