The Kitchen Assistant assists in the performance of established policies, procedures and regulations for nutritional care in providing nourishing and appetizing meals to patients, staff and Meals on Wheels clients. Follow menus, therapeutic guides, standard recipes and portion control. Adheres to food sanitation and safety guidelines. Provides direction and guidance to support staff. Performs other job duties as assigned.
