Job Summary- WEEKLY PAY We are seeking a reliable Dietary Cook to prepare and cook meals for residents in a clean, organized kitchen environment. This role focuses on preparing quality meals that meet basic dietary needs while working as part of a supportive dietary team. Healthcare cooking experience is helpful but not required — training is provided. What You’ll Do Prepare and cook meals following planned menus Follow basic dietary guidelines (diabetic, low-sodium, modified textures, etc.) Ensure food looks good, tastes good, and is served on time Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards Assist with basic inventory and stocking of food supplies Keep kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Work closely with dietary aides and kitchen staff Interact respectfully with residents regarding meals or requests What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Cooking experience preferred (restaurant, cafeteria, institutional, or healthcare) Willingness to learn dietary and food safety guidelines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and positive attitude Strong attention to cleanliness and food quality Why You’ll Like This Job Weekly pay Steady hours and consistent schedule Meaningful work serving residents Clean, organized kitchen environment Great fit for cooks from restaurants, cafeterias, schools, or grocery stores IND2
