About The Position
The Boys and Girls Clubs of the Fox Valley is hiring Kitchen Assistants to work this upcoming summer at our Neenah Branch! Monday-Friday (No Weekends!) 40 hours per week. The Kitchen Assistant will help with preparing meals and snacks for Boys & Girls Club Members in a safe, sanitary, fully functional, and operationally efficient foodservice department. This role will also help with the daily cafeteria duties of food prep work, dishwashing, sweeping, and sanitizing of workstations. This position may also help supervise 6–12-year-old members in program areas when kitchen duties are fulfilled.
Requirements
- Able to stand for long periods of time.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Able to work independently and efficiently.
- Able to interact with children of various ages and function in a loud environment with high energy.
- Must be a clear and concise thinker.
- Must be able to speak and understand basic English.
