Responsible for stocking, maintenance, general cleaning and sanitation of the test kitchen. Handles daily employee salad bar/meal maintenance, prepping, serving and clean up. Coordinates with customer service and warehouse to make sure all product requirements for the kitchen/chef are arranged and delivered as needed. Assist marketing with all sales meetings, test kitchen visits, food shows and employee meals. Handles multiple projects and deadlines. Prepare, communicate, and distribute and process promotional and superseding information to team members, appropriate departments, YUM management teams, and other OP-Cos on a weekly basis. Other duties as assigned.
