Requirements

• 3-5 years in food service or retail management or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent (2-year college degree preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in business math, P&L analysis, and technology.
• Willingness to travel for training and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department, overseeing food preparation, inventory, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Drive guest satisfaction, support the Store Manager in achieving financial goals, and maintain a positive, productive work environment while stepping in as acting Store Manager when needed.
• Ensure guests have an unforgettable experience with their favorite food items always available and a spotless store.
• Recruit, train, and develop a diverse, people-focused team.
• Drive sales growth, manage inventory, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain high standards and ensure the store is ready for any guest or inspection.
• Oversee food safety and operations, ensuring team members are ServSafe certified.
