As a Kitchen Assistant Manager, You Will : Lead a team to ensure the smooth operation of our food service department, overseeing food preparation, inventory, and compliance with safety and quality standards. You'll drive guest satisfaction, support the Store Manager in achieving financial goals, and maintain a positive, productive work environment while stepping in as acting Store Manager when needed. Create Excellent Guest Experiences: Ensure guests have an unforgettable experience with their favorite food items always available and a spotless store.
