About The Position

The Kitchen Assistant plays a vital role in maintaining the test kitchen's operations, ensuring cleanliness, stocking supplies, and assisting with meal preparation and service. This position involves coordinating with various departments to meet product requirements and supporting marketing efforts during events and meetings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience working in a restaurant kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Stocking and maintaining the test kitchen.
• General cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen.
• Handling daily employee salad bar and meal maintenance, including prepping, serving, and clean up.
• Coordinating with customer service and warehouse for product requirements.
• Assisting marketing with sales meetings, test kitchen visits, food shows, and employee meals.
• Managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Preparing, communicating, and distributing promotional information to team members and departments.
