The purpose of a Kitchen & Laundry Mechanic is to ensure critical food service and hospitality equipment runs safely, efficiently, and continuously by installing, diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on complex commercial ovens, refrigerators, washers, dryers, and related mechanical/electrical/plumbing systems, thereby preventing costly downtime and disruptions .
