About The Position

The Kitchen & Bath Dealer Sales Representative at Richelieu Hardware is responsible for managing and growing relationships with Kitchen & Bath dealers within a designated territory. This role involves consultative sales discussions to position Richelieu's premium solutions as essential resources for clients, ultimately driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction. The representative will engage in both face-to-face and virtual meetings, analyze customer needs, and provide exceptional service to foster long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Successful solutions/consultative-based outside sales experience towards the Kitchen & Bath dealer segment.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Ability to manage time effectively and deliver results.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Developed analytical, planning, organizing, and monitoring skills.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• University degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales activities towards Kitchen & Bath dealers in the assigned territory.
• Identify key major account opportunities and drive substantial sales growth.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with new and existing customers.
• Analyze past buying patterns of current accounts to enhance supplier relationships.
• Provide a state-of-the-art customer service experience as a one-stop-shop for clients.
• Stay updated on Richelieu's product offerings and market conditions.
• Maintain accountability for territory growth through new customer acquisition and existing relationship development.
• Utilize CRM software for system information and reporting.
