About The Position
Position Summary: Receives, prepares, packages, serves and cleans up following grab-and-go or congregate meal programs. Work hours: Between 7:00a to 1:30p, Monday through Friday.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in food service.
Nice To Haves
- ServSafe certified (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Receives, counts and signs off on caterer's invoice.
- Cleans and maintains kitchen and equipment to meet food safety standards.
- Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
- Prepares and serves refreshments for participants as needed.
- Cleans and maintains participant dining room.
- Stores, heats and serves meals according to caterer's specification.
- Packages home delivered meals according to caterer's specification.
