About The Position

The position involves receiving, preparing, packaging, serving, and cleaning up after grab-and-go or congregate meal programs. The work hours are from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in food service.
• ServSafe certified (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Receives, counts and signs off on caterer's invoice.
• Cleans and maintains kitchen and equipment to meet food safety standards.
• Completes daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as required.
• Prepares and serves refreshments for participants as needed.
• Cleans and maintains participant dining room.
• Stores, heats and serves meals according to caterer's specification.
• Packages home delivered meals according to caterer's specification.
