About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Our products are also used in detection, measurement and imaging applications, including military communication, guidance and electronic countermeasure systems, commercial, scientific, military land, sea and aircraft; automotive systems, medical systems, and industrial test equipment. Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website. Position Summary: The Kit Puller is primarily responsible for performing cycle counts and preparing kits for production.

Requirements

  • Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
  • Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English and have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
  • Must have basic operational knowledge of how to use the equipment within the department.
  • Basic Computer skills and understanding of the MS Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic math skills for proper inventory and record-keeping.
  • Must be able to use shipping software.
  • Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Ability and willingness to abide by Company’s Code of Conduct.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of AS400, is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Receive orders list and materials.
  • Prepare and distribute kits by priority, issuing parts and quantities as per stated order.
  • Prepare packing list and send it to production control.
  • Store materials in the warehouse while documenting parts, quantity, and location.
  • Report damaged parts or wrong parts received.
  • Maintain an organized and adequately stocked stockroom.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.
