About The Position

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. With design, sales and manufacturing locations in over 30 countries, Mini-Circuits’ products are used in a range of wired and wireless communications applications. Mini-Circuits’ sells its products to over 20,000 customers globally through our direct sales force, applications engineering staff, sales representatives, as well as through our extensive website. Position Summary: The Kit Puller is primarily responsible for performing cycle counts and preparing kits for production.

Requirements

• Minimum High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and orally communicate in English and have the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
• Must have basic operational knowledge of how to use the equipment within the department.
• Basic Computer skills and understanding of the MS Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic math skills for proper inventory and record-keeping.
• Must be able to use shipping software.
• Comply, understand, and support corporate safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
• Ability and willingness to abide by Company’s Code of Conduct.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of AS400, is preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive orders list and materials.
• Prepare and distribute kits by priority, issuing parts and quantities as per stated order.
• Prepare packing list and send it to production control.
• Store materials in the warehouse while documenting parts, quantity, and location.
• Report damaged parts or wrong parts received.
• Maintain an organized and adequately stocked stockroom.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of finished goods and raw materials.
