  • Build sales by demonstrating a customer-centric mindset and providing solutions and inspiration through customer interactions.
  • Ensure product is always available to the customer and is presented in a compelling way consistent with visual guidelines and brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store objectives and sales results.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures, standards and practices, and company directives.
  • Protect company assets and comply with safety, security, and shrink avoidance policies and programs.

  • 0-1 years of related professional/retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to be a team player and flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees.
