  • Assist in managing labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Promote productivity by ensuring the team has the knowledge and skills to meet store goals for sales and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related professional/retail management experience.
  • Proven ability to drive results through store teams and coach a team to excel at sales and profit results.
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
