About The Position

The Kiosk Team Member at Wind Creek Casino & Hotel Montgomery is responsible for the maintenance and operation of kiosk redemption, jackpot stations, and coin redemption machines. This role requires a friendly and professional demeanor while providing excellent customer service and ensuring the equipment is functioning properly. The position involves performing preventative maintenance, diagnosing equipment issues, and assisting with daily operations to enhance the guest experience.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled in a GED program.
  • Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
  • Six (6) months of high volume cash handling experience required.
  • Six (6) months experience using or servicing high volume cash handling equipment required.
  • Proficient in math with a required skills test pass rate of at least 70%.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Possess a valid state-issued driver's license.
  • Willingness to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License.

Responsibilities

  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on kiosk and coin equipment.
  • Diagnose problems and ensure equipment is back in use quickly.
  • Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all guests.
  • Maintain strict adherence to department policies and procedures.
  • Prepare kiosk cassettes and coin bags for daily fill.
  • Perform emergency fills for kiosks as needed.
  • Assist with daily maintenance of kiosks.
