Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Must have strong computer skills.
  • Must possess excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
  • Ability to move effectively and efficiently around work area.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.

Nice To Haves

  • General cashiering background or prior money handling experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for filling, balancing, and dropping all kiosk machines assigned per shift.
  • Performs daily maintenance, cleaning, and servicing of kiosk machines.
  • Reports issues surrounding the kiosks to Kiosk Lead.
  • Responsible for buys, transfers, and exchanges with the Main Bank.
  • Monitors daily activity of machine status on the Cage X-Change Manager.
  • Researches all shift variances and reports problems to Kiosks Team Lead.
  • Works directly with TDN services on all machine maintenance and upgrades.
  • Scans TiTOs, handles jackpots, and generates all shift reports for balancing purposes.
  • Responsible for short pays and kiosk customer disputes.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
