As we continue to grow, we are looking for an associate to support one of our innovative mall kiosk locations in the King of Prussia area. Position Overview: Are you passionate about delivering a customer experience so dynamic it draws crowds, sparks conversations, and turns casual browsers into clients? If you have a love for fashion, thrive on technology, and excel at building buzz around something new, we want you to take the lead. We are looking for a forward-thinking Kiosk Associate to lead our innovative mall kiosk concept in King of Prussia Mall. This leader will be willing to stop shoppers in their tracks to interact with our technology and view luxury formalwear rentals. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of a sleek, tech-driven space designed to reimagine the formalwear experience. From ensuring our inventory looks its best to cultivating relationships that elevate our brand, you’ll be at the heart of a modern retail experience that redefines how shoppers view formalwear.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Basic knowledge of men's formalwear and fashion trends.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Availability within the following mall schedule: Sunday: 11 AM – 5 PM Monday - Tuesday: Closed Wednesday - Saturday: 11 AM – 7 PM (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
Have a sense of ownership over the kiosk’s operations, appearance, and performance
Enthusiastic and approachable demeanor to engage both customers and employees
Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and organized for an inviting customer experience
Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers by guiding style selection, and outfit coordination
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
Handle appointments and walk-ins with accuracy and efficiency
Find innovative ways to engage with customers and draw them to the kiosk
