Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have Experience as a Kinship Foster parent
• Experience working with families in social services context
• Valid driver's license with properly registered and insured vehicle
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial contact with family to gather information, and help identify needs
• Maintains timely contact with all families on active caseload by means of home visits, office visits, phone contact or correspondence.
• Assist families in obtaining services and resources
• Maintain accurate, detailed and current case records on each client.
• Responsible for quality documentation and tracking families served
• Work as a part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team to meet the needs of children and families.
