As a Kinship Navigator, you will be the vital link between kinship families and the resources that can change their lives. You’ll walk alongside caregivers—grandparents, aunts, uncles, older siblings, and others—helping them access support through local agencies, community organizations, and government services. From helping families understand their eligibility for state benefits to guiding them through the application process and connecting them with parenting support or trauma-informed services, your work will empower caregivers and strengthen family systems. This role is part social worker, part advocate, and part navigator—someone who sees the big picture and helps families find the right path through it.
