In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our door-to-door sales representatives and national agents, providing support to ensure smooth and accurate order processing.

Knowledge of Sales Rabbit, WinCare, DCRIS, KSF, UQUAL, GIS and Smartsheet is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
Handle inbound support calls from sales representatives and agents regarding order entry and processing.
Perform off-line tasks to monitor and manage pending orders, ensuring timely completion and submission through operational workflows.
Partner with cross-functional teams to address issues that could impact order fulfillment or the customer experience.
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and support to enable sales teams to focus on the customer relationship.
