About The Position

As a Consumer Direct Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport with individuals, understanding their needs, and effectively communicating the value and benefits of the products being offered. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.

Requirements

Sales experience.
Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
A reliable and insured personal vehicle isneeded to drive to and from assigned territoriesuntil you receiveyour company-owned vehicle.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
Familiaritywith mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones?
Self-motivation and a desire for success.
The abilityto work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads.
Employees who work virtually arerequired to maintaina distraction-free workspace and ensure they have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps.
High School diploma or equivalent and 6+ months of sales or customer service experience.
College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemedappropriate.
This is a safety sensitive position.

Responsibilities

Selling Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location.
Utilizing a company-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, which will help build a strong referral network.
Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected
Attending Kinetic special events to expand your network and enhance your sales opportunities.
Participating in an intensive 5-week Sales Residency program that will equip you with all the essential training and knowledge needed for success in this role.
Upon successfully completing the program, you will receive a company-owned vehicle.
