About The Position

Thales Academy Apex is currently accepting resumes for a Kindergarten Teacher Assistant opening for the 2025-2026 school year. Requirements

• High energy and organized with a passion for teaching children
• Direct Instruction or other teaching/childcare experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Kindergarten Teacher with classroom management, curriculum and other tasks
• Participate in productive discussions including team planning meetings and sharing curriculum and instructional expertise
• Engage in offered professional development opportunities
• Act in a professional manner in verbal and nonverbal communications while following established guidelines
• Promote communication between parents, community members and teammates, and work to establish and maintain home-school connections
• Assist in providing opportunities for parental/guardian involvement within the school
