About The Position

A loving and collaborative family of five in Palo Alto is seeking two adaptable, supportive, and confident ROTA nannies to join their family team. The role involves providing 24/7 childcare support on a rotational schedule, ensuring the well-being and development of three energetic children aged 4, 7, and 10. The ideal candidates will be intuitive, kind-hearted, and able to integrate into a fully staffed household while adhering to strict health protocols due to the youngest child's medical needs.

Requirements

• 3 years of professional childcare experience.
• Knowledge of age-appropriate developmental milestones for preschool to grade school-aged children.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Physically able to lift a 35+ pound child.
• Experience traveling with families and children.
• Experience working in a fully staffed environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with swimming, skiing, and ice skating.
• Ability to adapt to established routines and structures in a fully staffed home.

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning routines and manage children's schedules.
• Provide light meal preparation for the kids.
• Support the youngest child physically when needed, including carrying or lifting her.
• Engage in everyday learning opportunities and incorporate educational activities into play.
• Collaborate with the stay-at-home parent and other staff members in the household.
