Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field and 10-15 years of related professional experience.
• OR Master’s degree and/or PhD in Systems, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Engineering, or a related field with 5-10 years of experience.
• 5+ years of functional experience in business analysis, system integration, and solution delivery.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and managing Kinaxis RapidResponse (Maestro)
• Strong background in Supply Chain Planning
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) & Agile practices.
• Proven experience modeling material and capacity constraints in advanced planning solutions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior semiconductor experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Architect and design AI-driven, end-to-end supply chain transformations, providing strategic guidance on system and data architecture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all Kinaxis Maestro (RapidResponse) authorship, configuration, data mapping, automation, and performance improvements
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, pain points, troubleshoot complex planning issues and propose long-term, scalable solutions.
• Define, design, and optimize supply chain processes across the organization to bridge the gap between business problems and technology solutions.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain RapidResponse resources, ensuring seamless integration into the existing supply chain planning ecosystem.
