About The Position

At Cognizant Technology Solutions, we are looking for a “Kinaxis Implementation - Solution Architect” to join in our team of IT professionals in a permanent role. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, and Demand Planning.

Requirements

• Possess a strong background in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, and Demand Planning.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Kinaxis Fundamentals and its application in real-world scenarios.
• Experience in Manufacturing Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling & Planning, and Supply Chain is advantageous.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
• A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Kinaxis-based solutions to optimize supply chain processes and enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective Kinaxis solutions.
• Provide technical expertise in Kinaxis Supply Planning, Inventory Planning & Optimization, and Demand Planning.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Kinaxis solutions to ensure clarity and continuity.
• Conduct regular assessments of existing Kinaxis implementations to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower team members with Kinaxis knowledge and skills.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align Kinaxis solutions with organizational goals.
• Ensure seamless integration of Kinaxis solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of Kinaxis applications.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure robust security and compliance measures are in place for Kinaxis solutions.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Stay updated with the latest Kinaxis developments and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
