About The Position

FAIR-RITE PRODUCTS CORP - has an immediate opening for a full-time Kiln Tender on our 1st shift.
Days and Hours:
Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Benefits for Full Time Employees:
Salary $18.90 to $20.38 per hour depending on expereince

Responsibilities
Kiln Tender – The primary function of this job is to load and unload ferrite product into/out of kilns.
The right candidate must be able to follow procedures to properly load and unload kilns, record data and complete paperwork as required. Must be able to read data and gauges that determine temperature and other measurements. Requirements will also include regular lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds. Physical endurance to work in extreme heat environment is necessary. A good overall attendance record is required, as well as the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

High school diploma (or GED), or three to six months of relevant experience and/or training (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
