Our St. Charles/South Elgin Campus KidsWorld team is seeking a highly relational, people person to work closely with first-time guests and families. The Connections Coordinator role will focus on furthering connections and shepherding families through the process from first-time guests to actively involved church members. This role also is one of recruiting, training, developing, scheduling, and appreciating a strong volunteer base to serve children and families during services and events.
