Classes are fast-paced, structured, and led by professional coaches who love inspiring kids and communicating progress with parents. We’re not a daycare or a traditional gym — we’re a training center built to help kids win at life. As a KidStrong Coach, you’ll lead engaging, high-energy classes designed to challenge kids and celebrate their growth. You’ll coach, motivate, and connect — helping families see their child’s confidence and strength skyrocket. We’re looking for coaches who: Have experience working with children ages 15 months–8 years Come from a background in youth sports, physical education, OT/PT, or child development Love motivating kids, communicating with parents, and being part of a mission-driven team Bring energy, leadership, and professionalism to every class KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals.

Requirements

  • Experience coaching or teaching young children
  • Strong communication and parent engagement skills
  • Knowledge of movement, exercise technique, and child development
  • CPR certified (or willing to become certified)
  • Dependable, energetic, and team-oriented
