About The Position

KidStrong is a science-based kids training program that builds strong, confident, high-character kids. We do this in weekly, 45 minute developmentally-appropriate classes. Each class includes unique science-based fitness games led by highly trained, kid-focused coaches. We are looking for individuals with an athletic or coaching background who ideally have experience coaching kids ages walking - 11 years old. The KidStrong Coach would focus on coaching children on cognitive, physical and character development that stems from evolving weekly curriculum. The ideal candidate must also be comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding “the why” behind KidStrong curriculum. KidStrong is a private child development training center focused on brain, physical & character development for ages walking through 11 years old. KidStrong offers a science-based curriculum that is parent-focused and taught by professionals. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Requirements

• Must be 18 or older
• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable!
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics
• CPR certified
• Positive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skills
• Self-starter who just gets a job done

• Candidate must be available or open to to work some or all of the following shifts to be considered: - Weekday evenings: 3:45pm-7:30pm - Saturday: 8:45am-1:30pm, 3:30-5:30pm (as needed for parties), 5:30pm-7:30pm (as needed for parties) - Sunday: 8:45am-1:15

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age is preferred
• Prior experience speaking to and educating parents on KidStrong curriculum
• Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT is a plus, but not required!
